The service pre-supper and during the meal was absolutely faultless, what a delightful team you have, all so friendly and attentive yet unobtrusive, please thank them on our behalf.
The food was superb, the canapes were so different, plentiful and exactly fitted the theme of the evening, as for the paellas, absolutely wonderful, fresh and full of flavour and again plenty for all.
